SmartMealSaver operates on an affiliate commission model. Vendors agree to pay a commission on sales generated through our platform. Commission rates are agreed upon in a separate Vendor Agreement and may vary based on product category and partnership tier.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing information. Any discrepancies between displayed prices and actual prices must be reported immediately. SmartMealSaver reserves the right to remove vendors who consistently provide inaccurate pricing information.

While we strive for accuracy, SmartMealSaver provides price comparisons for informational purposes. Final prices may vary based on location, time, and vendor policies. Users should verify prices directly with vendors before making purchases.
When using the Food Buddy feature to cook or order together:

Payments for orders placed through SmartMealSaver are processed securely. Users agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges for purchases made through the platform.
Vendor payouts are processed according to the schedule outlined in the Vendor Agreement, typically within 14-30 days of order completion.
All content on SmartMealSaver, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of SmartMealSaver or its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their product information and branding but grant SmartMealSaver a license to use this content on our platform.

Either party may terminate the vendor partnership with 30 days written notice. SmartMealSaver may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms or Vendor Agreement.
SmartMealSaver reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users and vendors via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
